Sweet Memories is in Hemlock Falls known for its nightly-rental mountain cabins on large lots with fish ponds, mountain views and beautiful wildflowers. It’s only 6 miles east of Downton Gatlinburg in the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Commnunity. The largest group of independent artisans in North America. This historic 8-mile loop has been designated a Tennessee Heritage Arts & Crafts Trail. These artisans whittle, paint, sew, cast, weave and carve to create original collectables such as candles, baskets, quilts, brooms, pottery, jewelry, dolls, ceramics, crimshaw, silversmithing, leather, stained glass, wearable fashions, fine photography, frameable art, oils and watercolors, also restaurants, bars, cafes, tea rooms, soda fountain and candy shops. Make plans to visit this community, trolley service from place to place too, fun!
Enter Sweet Memories and you’ll see the dramatic two-story living room (decorated with nature in mind), complete with a two-sided fireplace that gives you a peek into the bedroom. Enter the bedroom and defy temptation as you spy the heart-shaped jetted bathtub which sits in the center of the large room, surrounded in mountain stone. A king-sized bed with luxury linens is off to the right side of the bathtub while the two-person shower is on the left.
Behind the bathtub is a pair of French doors that lead to the private deck which holds an always hot and bubbly outdoor spa, a charcoal BBQ grill and lounge furniture. There’s even a horseshoe pit in the yard.
Back inside, you’ll admire the bathroom area, laundry facilities and fully-equipped kitchen. Ascend up the stairs to the loft and game room and you’ll see, that should you tire of the bedroom’s water sports, you have your choice of skee ball, putter pratice, pool, air hockey or darts. A second full bathroom is on this level as well.
Think you’ll be in the mood for a spa experience? Use the professional massage table to pleasure your partner or call in a pro. Or go for a quick-fix with the heated massage chair. Or release all of your stress by hanging on the inversion table or inversion chair.
While you can spend your entire vacation recreating in this cabin, there is a whole world of activities just outside the door.
